Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pallacor platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including administrators, investigators, and any other authorized personnel. Your organization's agreement to these terms covers all users operating under your account.
Use of the Platform
Pallacor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your organization's internal loss prevention operations. This license is conditioned on your continued compliance with these terms.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or redistribution of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Pallacor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Pallacor immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.
All data entered into the platform must be accurate, lawfully obtained, and used only for legitimate loss prevention purposes. You agree not to upload any data that infringes on the rights of third parties or violates applicable law.
Administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and setting appropriate permission levels for all personnel.
Intellectual Property
The Pallacor platform, including all software, design, content, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Pallacor, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any Pallacor intellectual property to you.
All data you enter into the platform remains your property. By using the platform, you grant Pallacor a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any required consents before entering personal information about third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pallacor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Pallacor's total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by your organization for the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pallacor does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Pallacor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these terms or engage in conduct that poses a security risk to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 90 days following termination, during which time you may request an export. After that period, data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
