To our customers,
At Pallacor, we are committed to ethical and transparent business practices. We build software that not only collects information on real people, but directly influences the outcomes of their lives. Due to that very nature, we must be grounded in guiding principles that protect the data we collect, and the people behind it.
The commitments on this page are not aspirational. They are the operating standards I hold myself to, along with our suppliers and our employees.
As Pallacor grows, these standards will grow with it. The policies linked on this page are living documents, revisited as our understanding of responsible business practice deepens, as regulations evolve, and as the expectations of the people who trust us with their data rise. If anything here doesn't meet your expectations, I want to hear from you.
Pallacor acts as a data processor on behalf of every customer. We handle personal data only as directed, maintain strict access controls, and provide full transparency into how data is stored, retained, and deleted.
Pallacor is built on a secure foundation: encryption at rest and in transit, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and continuous audit logging. Our Trust Center documents every measure in place to protect your data and case records.
Every vendor, contractor, and service provider who works with Pallacor is held to the same standards we hold ourselves. We do not differentiate between internal employees and external partners when it comes to integrity, data handling, fair labor, or legal compliance.
Pallacor is committed to equitable hiring, competitive compensation, and a working environment where every person can do their best work.
Every Pallacor employee is expected to act with integrity, treat colleagues and customers with respect, protect confidential information, and uphold the values that define how we work. Our code of conduct sets clear expectations and a clear process for raising concerns when those expectations aren't met.
Pallacor is committed to making our website and application usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance and maintain a clear process for reporting accessibility issues so they can be resolved promptly.
